Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:- 500 g ground beef (lean)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (or cheese cubes)
- 1 pack refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (about 8–10 pieces)
- Garlic Butter Topping:
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or dried parsley)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the beef filling:
- Heat a pan, sauté onion and garlic.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook until browned and no liquid remains. Cool slightly.
- Flatten each dough piece into a small circle.
- Place about 1 tbsp beef mixture in the center, add a cube or spoon of cheese.
- Pinch edges together to seal and form a ball.
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Arrange balls seam side down on a greased or lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Garlic Parmesan topping:
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush over the hot bombs, then sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Best enjoyed warm with ketchup, ranch, or garlic mayo dip.
